HAND STANDS ARE FUN! I will be working on these for a while!
This is a great blog. My husband and I are new to crossfit (only a couple of weeks). I've been an avid runner, but the WODs have had us crawling up the stairs! Keep up the posts!
ReplyDeleteThanks Courtney!!! To start CrossFit is a killer! My BIGGEST advice is to KEEP GOING! I have started and stopped and started again, and it is not fun! You can make it much easier on yourself by never stopping! :)
